Become part of our  digital insurance team as a project manager (f/m/d) ! 

Your tasks at a glance:  You are the first point of contact for our insurance customers with regard to the support and further development of our white label apps. 

The team:  We act as the voice of our insurance customers and form an important interface to the relevant internal stakeholders. Our aim is to get the best result out of every situation with creative solutions. We also maintain an open feedback culture in order to continuously improve and learn from each other. But most importantly, it's fun to work with us and we're looking forward to our new team colleague!

Ihre Aufgaben

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• You maintain and expand relationships with our existing insurance customers and ensure them in the long term  

• You ensure that the apps run smoothly and solve problems when they arise 

• You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of requests, campaigns, releases and processes together with internal and external stakeholders

• You define and track relevant product/app goals (KPIs) with the customer and ensure that they are achieved     

• You monitor and analyze app-relevant data and use the results to define potential measures to improve the app experience  

• You lead meetings and workshops with our customers and prepare and present analysis results in the form of reports 

Ihr Profil

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

• You have +2 years of experience in project management, key account management or similar areas

• You communicate in a structured and precise manner in German and English 

• You enjoy building relationships with our customers and our network and always find the right tone  

• You have a structured and organized way of working with an eye for detail, you have negotiating skills and you keep an overview even in stressful times

• You are solution-oriented, proactive, follow a data-driven way of working and are interested in technical solutions

• It motivates you to actively work on the app strategy and communication in order to create a positive user experience and thus convince hundreds of thousands of users of a healthy lifestyle   

For our team we are looking for someone with outstanding additional qualifications and a unique personality. We're a diverse bunch, so there's no one profile that "fits perfectly"!
